Warm greetings on this special day.
Spring’s around the corner
and it’s St. Patrick’s Day!
Teaghan,10, has been Irish dancing for six years. Dillon, 8, has evidently morphed into Zoro the Leprechaun. As Irish luck would have it I’m fortunate to work in my recording studio. Yet it’s a dark & secluded place. I can be as elusive as the legendary leprechaun. But on occasion I spring from my solitary soundproofed surroundings to be amongst the rest of civilization – going from behind a microphone – to in front of a camera with recent highlights showcased below.

Somewhere over the rainbow…lies a pot o’ gold. And Kansas. Which, incidentally, aside from being Dorothy & Toto‘s fictional home – is also the biggest home to the aviation industry.
(Ed note: That Irish-rainbow-Oz-Kansas-aviation segue inspired me to order myself a Guinness) Nearly 70% of the world’s general aviation fleet was manufactured in Kansas, with over 250,000 aircraft produced since 1919 (Not including flying houses). I worked with the fabulous crew at Textron Aviation in promoting their new Citation Longitude business jet. My walk ‘n’ talk presentation encouraged prospective buyers to fly in style for the low price of $27M USD.
Here’s where the pot o’ gold comes in handy. I’m reporting for duty, literally, in another American production: American Gothic. I have a quick role as news anchor in the CBS series that revolves around a prominent Boston family discovering their recently-deceased patriarch is tied to a string of murders and mounting suspicion one of them may have been his accomplice. I’ll be the one spreading the news.
13-part series – projected broadcast: Summer 2016. _____________________________________ In 2001 I played an anchorman in the movie The Big Heist with Donald Sutherland. Fifteen years later guess who’s cast with his son? Yeah, well, somebody had to play Reporter #3.
Kiefer Sutherland is returning to prime time TV in Designated Survivor, an ABC conspiracy thriller, in which the ‘24‘ star plays a low-level cabinet member suddenly appointed U.S. president after a catastrophic attack that kills everyone above him in the presidential line of succession.
Another happy-go-lucky story line.
And another “Reporter”credit pending on the ol’ IMDB profile page ________________________________________ If you got this far in the update – God bless ya! I’ll leave you with an Irish toast & a taste of Ireland: Always remember to forget
The things that made you sad. But never forget to remember The things that made you glad.
